While the positive sequence reactance  has different values during sub transient, transient and steady state periods, why these are not applicable for negative sequence reactance. Why there  is no sub transient or transient negative sequence reactance?

Can a VTG  pulse of 0 Hz frequency give an AC pulse with few Hz frequency?

Considering the torque slip and current slip characteristics of 3 ph induction motor .before the point corresponding maximum torque , torque is inversely proportional to current and after t=t(max) torque is directly proportional to current why?
